Confirmation
Our word is good as gold.
Once we confirm a booking we honor our word and trust our guests to do the same.

Deposit
Depending on length of stay we may require a 2 or 3 night deposit to hold a room.
Deposits are non-refundable and can easily be done by credit card or online banking.

Payment *
Cash only on arrival, no credit cards or checks of any kind for remainder of payment.
All prices are final, there are no extra charges for food, cleaning or taxes etc.

* Early departures and last minute date changes pay for entire stay (nights booked).
Arrival time
Please let us know your arrival time well in advance so we can plan accordingly.
We are not always at home and prefer not to worry about guests arriving if we go out.

Our B&B is our home
We are not a hotel, it's just the 4 of us, Bob, Jenny, Jessica (3 years) & little Lenny.
We count on the revenue from our B&B to pay the mortgage and make ends meet.
